Swing Salsa Basic Step
This salsa dance lesson video we teach you what is called the Salsa breakaway step or the Lazy Turn. It is a small variation of the Lindy Hop or Swing dance basic step adapted to salsa dancing. At 3:17,ln iindy we’d call this an inside turn for the lady because she’s turning contra the rotation of the couples turn which is clockwise/right. She also happens to be turning to her left shoulder.
